Returns + Shipping

Shipping

We currently offer free, USPS ground shipping to all customers that spend over $75. All orders under $75 will be calculated at checkout. Orders will be processed within 2 business days of receiving and customers will receive an email once their order is shipped. If you live in the Mandeville, LA area, we offer free in-store pickup! Once you place your order, please allow 24 hours for your item(s) to be brought to the store. You will receive an email once it is ready to be picked up. If you need your order to be rushed to the store for immediate pickup, please send an email to shoppaisleyboutique@gmail.com. 

Office Hours: Please note that orders are processed Monday thru Friday. No orders will be processed on Saturday, Sunday, Holidays, and Market Days. 

Returns

Merchandise can only be returned for a gift card code within 14 days of the date received. No refunds will be administered, only store credit. Returns that are made past the two-week mark will not be accepted and will be sent back at the customer's expense. The return shipping price is the responsibility of the customer. We suggest purchasing tracking on your product and keeping note of the number. Shipping is non-refundable, unless there was a mistake on our end. When returning your item, we ask that you please include your return form and original receipt with your return. If you receive an item that is damaged, please report it to us within 2 days of receiving. Due to limited inventory, we only accept 5 returns per customer per year.

What CAN be returned?

  • Items that are being returned must be unworn, unwashed, and have the original tags on the garment. Tags include the brand's tags as well as Paisley's "love me before you remove me" tags.
  • Items that are purchased at regular price may be returned, but if the item is on sale, that purchase is FINAL SALE.
  • Please make sure that any item returned is free of: deodorant, cigarette smoke, dog hair, and perfume. 

What CANNOT be returned?

  • Items that no longer have the "love me before you remove me" tags.
  • Items that have been worn or washed.
  • Items that are on sale

Exchanges

Since our inventory is limited and constantly changing, we are not able to guarantee an exchange. Once we receive your returned item, we will issue you a gift card code that will be sent via email. You may use the code to repurchase the item in a different size. The gift card code can be used at any time you prefer.
